No proposal. No discovery call. The numbers are right here.

What it costs

Three plans. Month to month, cancel any time, no setup fee.One foundation repair contractor per town — which means if you take a town, nobody else in it can hire me while you are there.

Every plan is priced against one number: what a single additional foundation job is worth to you. If the maths does not work in your market, I will tell you on the diagnostic before you pay anything.

Map

$1,500/month

One town. For a contractor who wants the map fixed and nothing else touched.

  • Google profile rebuilt and maintained
  • Review system for your crew
  • Monthly map position report
  • Competitor watch in your one town

Best for testing one town before scaling. Annual prepay: $1,350/month.

Most contractors start here

Map + Site

$2,800/month

Up to four towns. For a crew that already drives past the town line every week.

  • Everything in Map
  • A real page for each of your towns
  • Service pages split by job type
  • Technical work on your site
  • AI answer visibility
  • Two articles a month

In North Dallas a foundation job runs $6,000–$25,000. This plan costs less than one additional job per month. Annual prepay: $2,520/month.

Metro

$4,500/month

The whole metro. For a company with the crews to take everything that comes.

  • Everything in Map + Site
  • Unlimited towns in one metro
  • Call tracking and attribution
  • Full competitor tracking
  • Four articles a month
  • Quarterly market review

For multi-crew operations. Annual prepay: $4,050/month.

Prices in USD, billed monthly. Nothing to sign, no minimum term, thirty days notice to stop. Contractors who start in spring are in position before the August cracks bring the phone calls.

The only number that matters

I am not going to tell you what your average job is worth. You know that better than I do.

$6k–$25k

Typical foundation repair job value in North Dallas, depending on scope and pier type.

1 job

One additional job per month covers the Map + Site plan three to five times over.

30 days

Notice to cancel. No lock-in, no exit fee, you keep every asset built.

What is actually in each one

Written out properly, because most agency plans say "SEO optimization" three times and leave you guessing.

The guarantee

If your map position has not moved by the end of month three, I will tell you before you have to ask. You can walk with thirty days notice and keep every asset I built — profile, pages, reviews, accounts. They were always yours.

I would rather lose a client at month four than defend a report at month twelve.

What contractors say

Feedback from foundation repair crews in North Dallas.

"We went from position 9 to position 3 in Frisco in eleven weeks. The phone changed before the report did."

— Owner, 3-crew foundation company, Frisco TX

"I was paying a Dallas agency $3,500 a month for reports. LossBlock cost less and actually moved the map."

— Owner, family-run foundation repair, Plano TX

"The one-contractor-per-town rule is why I signed. My competitor cannot hire him now."

— Owner, McKinney TX

Work out whether it pays before you talk to me

Take your average job value and run it yourself.

1

What does one job actually bring in?

Not the quote. What lands after the crew, the piers and the warranty exposure. Most contractors know this number to the dollar.

2

How many extra jobs a year would cover $2,800 a month?

Divide $33,600 by the number from step one. Whatever comes out is the entire bar this has to clear over twelve months.

3

Is that number believable?

If moving from tenth to third in your town's map cannot produce that many jobs in a year, do not hire me. If it obviously can, the rest is whether you trust the work — and that is what the free diagnostic is for.

That is the whole sales pitch. If the maths does not work in your market I would rather tell you on the diagnostic than take your money for six months.

What you are not paying for

Worth being clear about, because these are the lines most agencies quietly bill for.

No setup fee

The profile rebuild, the first town pages, the review system — that is month one at the normal price. Nobody charges you two thousand dollars to start.

No ad spend inside these numbers

This is organic work only. If you run Google ads that is your budget and your account, and I will tell you honestly when ads make more sense than waiting for the map to move.

No charge for the website itself

Town pages and technical fixes are included. A full site rebuild is not, and I will tell you when your site is beyond fixing rather than billing you to patch it forever.

No lock-in and no exit fee

Thirty days notice and it stops. You keep the profile, the pages, the reviews and the accounts, because they were always yours.

What the first three months look like

So you know what you are paying for before the calls start moving.

Month 1

Foundation work, none of it visible

Profile rebuilt, category corrected, service area redrawn, services and photos loaded, review system handed to your foreman. Town pages written. You will see almost nothing in the map and that is normal.

Month 2

Position starts moving

Reviews begin arriving on a schedule instead of by accident. Pages get indexed. First movement usually shows between weeks four and eight, often in the outlying towns before your home town.

Month 3

Calls change before rankings look impressive

This is where most contractors notice the phone before they notice the report. If nothing has moved by the end of month three, we have a conversation about why rather than another report.

Money questions

Why is this not cheaper if you are working from Ukraine?

Because you are not buying hours, you are buying a position in a map that is worth thousands of dollars a job. The cost base is why you get more work done for the money than a Dallas agency would give you at the same price. It is not why the price should be four hundred dollars.

My phone barely rings in January. Do I still pay?

Yes, and that is the point. Winter is when the review count gets built and the town pages get written, so the position is already there when the clay dries out and the cracks show. Pausing in January means arriving in September behind whoever did not pause.

Can I start on Map and move up later?

Yes, and most do. Take one town, see whether the calls change, then add towns when the crews can handle them. Moving up takes effect the following month with no fee.

What if it does not work?

Thirty days notice and it stops, and you keep everything. I would rather lose a client at month four than defend a report at month twelve. If the map has not moved by month three I will say so before you have to ask.

Do you take a cut of the jobs instead?

No. Performance deals sound fair and go bad fast, because neither of us controls Google and both of us would end up arguing about which call came from where. A flat monthly fee you can cancel is cleaner for both sides.

How do I pay?

Invoiced monthly, card or bank transfer. Annual prepay gets ten percent off. The first invoice goes out when the work starts, not when you agree to it.

What does one extra job a month actually mean for my business?

In North Dallas, a foundation repair job runs between six and twenty-five thousand dollars depending on the scope. The Map + Site plan costs less than a single additional job per month. If the work produces one extra job a month, it pays for itself three to five times over.
