The honest version
No US case studies yet. Here is what exists instead.
Every agency page like this one shows charts going up. Mine cannot, because the specialisation in foundation repair is recent and I would rather say that than invent a client. What I do have is the market itself, researched in full before anyone was asked for money, and all of it is checkable from your phone.

Five towns, every company in the local pack, every review count, every profile somebody opened and then forgot. Sorted easiest first.
| Town | Top of the map | In the pack | Entry |

| Prosper | 15 reviews | 15 | Open |
| Frisco | 114 reviews | 114 · 65 · 41 · 18 · 13 | Catchable |
| Allen | 166 reviews | 166 · 158 · 91 | Catchable |
| Plano | 265 reviews | 265 · 147 · 85 · 74 · 70 | Contested |

Abandoned neighbouring profiles
70 reviews in Plano and 18 in Frisco. 74 in Plano and 15 in Prosper. 269 in McKinney and 65 in Frisco. Three separate companies, same pattern: a flag planted next door and never fed.
A listing that is not a foundation company
One profile ranking for foundation repair in Frisco has reviews entirely about roof replacement. It occupies a position it cannot defend.
The platform that has not come north
3,147 reviews in Fort Worth, 2,013 in the mid cities, nothing in the five towns above. That gap is the reason this market was chosen at all.
Each town has its own page with the full field, the findings and what would be done there first. Start with the overview.
Completed assessments
Full paid engagements, written up. One so far, from earlier work in another trade — shown because it is the clearest evidence of what a complete assessment contains.
What will be on this page later
So you know what to expect, and so I have to actually publish it.
Before and after, as screenshots
Map position with dates, not a rendered chart. A chart can be drawn. A screenshot has to be taken, and you can go and check whether it is still true.
Review counts over time
The single number that moves the map. Starting figure, current figure, and how long it took.
Call volume from the client's own reporting
From their Google account, not mine. If a contractor will let me publish it, that is worth more than anything I could produce myself.
And the ones that did not work
Not every engagement produces a result worth showing. Those will be here too, because a results page with no failures on it is a marketing page, not a results page.
Be the first case study
The first few contractors get worked on hardest, because their results are what this page becomes. Send your company name and your town and let us see whether your market is worth it.
One foundation repair contractor per town. All five towns are open right now.
